• Where: Private Studio- 132 Nod Rd Ridgefield, CT
• Cost: $50 per class (4-week series commitment required)
Each week, we will build on your progress, adding new challenges and fine-tuning your home exercises to increase muscle demand, optimize function, and promote long-term health.\
